What the hell is Spam Fika? If you don’t know by now, that’s the name of our swimrun team, consisting of yours truly and Kawika Tarayao. Technically, the name is “Team Envol Spam Fika”.
Together, we’ve raced a ton this year, partnering in 7 races, including our “A” race at the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championship. Want to know more about that Worlds? Check out my post about the Between Pleasure and Pain movie where we were highlighted.
