Technical Trail Run Training

This past weekend, I hit the technical trails for some fun and skill building (check out the video). Whether you’re training for swimrun, ultras or off-road triathlons, being proficient on technical trails can give you an advantage. The more you do it, the more comfortable and confident you become. Always run more difficult terrain than you’re used to or trails that you know and are comfortable with. This will push the limits of what you think is possible and you’ll stretch and grow your skills. In this video you can see me take it a little easy through some sections I didn’t know, but my second time through, the confidence has already grown. Get out there!!
