8. You’re Cocky

I’ve seen it many times: Guy drops 10 or 20 pounds and starts thinking he’s Joe Weight Loss. Next thing you know, he’s back to beer and pizza—and his original weight.



  1. Every time I think I am getting cocky I just MTB ride or run Renni Park and I\’m fixed for at least another 6 months.  :)

  2. Hiya Marc!  I hope you and Alba had a great time on vacation!  If you guys had too much of a good time I don\’t want to know about it… I\’ll only get really jealous and that\’s not good for my complexion. ;) 
    The tri is in 8 days. *shudders* 1/4 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride and a 4 mile run. Separately that\’s not all that bad…put together, one right after another, may be another story entirely! I\’m still working on it… I\’ve only got a couple more days of really good hard training before I have to lay off and get some rest. *sigh*

  3. lol…no i am still fat cause i am lazy….lol…the only bike i have rode in the last year is a motorcycle…
