Monday’s Meals

Listing my eating habits by request:
Breakfast 7:00:
Small Bowl of Wheaties with Skim Milk (3/4 cup)
3 Egg Whites, 1 Egg Yolk, Scrambled
Supplements: 1 multivitamin, 1 cod liver oil
Snack 10:00:
1 Apple
2 sticks of Part-Skim String Cheese
Lunch 1:00:
3 Slices Pork Loin
1 Sweet Potato
1 Portion of Zuccini
Snack 3:30:
2 handfuls of pistachios
6:00pm Strength Training Workout
Dinner 7:30:
Protein Shake:
  2 scoops of whey protien powder
  1/2 banana
  3 tbsp of fresh blueberries
  2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  1 blender :)
The dinner was a bit out of the norm.  Usually, my strength training is in the early mornings.  However, due to customer meetings at 8:00am, I had to save the workout till the evening.  I opted for the protein shake due to an especially tough workout and for the simplicity (wife and I were too lazy to cook something).
