Diet Myths – The Series, Episode 1

Myth: Lose weight permanently! Never diet again!

This is one of my favorite claims.  Ever hear of anyone telling the story of "I lost 20 pounds and gained back 30"?  If you are successful in taking the weight off, permanent weight loss requires permanent lifestyle changes. If you want to change the way you look, you have to change the way you live.  Simple as that.

  1. You speak the truth Marcus. You have to change your lifestyle. Including exercise as well as diet.

Hello,i just was checking out the websites,and ran across yours….i kinda watch what i eat daily,im a small person…i dont have to worry about calories,or the sugar,thing……..i am one who needs to gain weight…ive always been small……….umm i burn it,as soon as i eat it i guess….anyways come visit my website,if you care to……….Joanne
