What a day! 24 miles of running, 4 miles of swimming and 8500 feet of climbing! Rockman is my favorite swimrun, maybe because it was my first swimrun. My third time here but introduced it to Kawika who raced his ass of. Loved that we had lots of laughs and joking around throughout the day. 2nd overall finish! Team Envol Spam Fika is two races into our Scandinavian tour, four races into the 2022 season and we’re having a blast!
