OK. Sorry if my blog has begun to sound like a whining section lately…
HOWEVER… Is all that grunting necessary?
Guy at the gym this morning… with his workout partner… both doing the loud graoning and grunting while hitting the weights.
Not your typical low groan when you’re on your last heavy rep, but your long, overly loud goran with every single rep that can be heard on the other side of the gym.
And to top it all off, I’d expect this kind of noise from a power lifter or seriously buff bodybuilder that’s curling a couple of 100 pound dumbells, not a couple of beer gut guys doing 30 pound, one-arm tricep extensions on the cable machine.
Way too distracting. Come on guys, learn some proper gym etiquette.
