So, you take them as motivation and a learning experience and hatch a new plan. Two crashes on the bike (my fault) cost me lots of lost time today. Burning too many matches to try and make up for lost time ended up costing me dearly. Started to run out of steam on the bike and cramped (both quads) on the run (also my fault). Needless to say, my results today were horrid compared to what my goals were and even my results last year. 2nd in division, 7th overall amateur.
