IT Bands?

Ever since my snap decision to run the 50k, the outside, back of my knees have been bothering me. They seem fine through dtrength traiing and short cardio sessions. However, any running past 5 or 6 miles puts me into a limp.

It’s extremely frustrating that I’m not healing as fast as I’d like to. With a triathlon coming up in April, training will be tough with these issues.

    Sorry they are still bothering you.  Last night you did not look very comfortable walking off the trail.  Go to the doctor!  Get a professional to tell you what you need to get the situation resolved.
