Wellll  I suffered a broken 5th Metacarpal in my left hand last weekend.  It was a freak mountain bike accident.  The jump wasn’t that big of a deal, but when I landed, the bike came out from underneath me.  Many scrapes, bruises and a concussion later, I found myself in the ER.

My right knee was also "tweaked".  I took a complete week off from *any* exercise.  Yesterday was the first day back in the gym.  It was about time, as I was going stir crazy.

For now low-impact cardio (elliptical, bike, etc) to allow the knee to heal.  I’m planning on a trail run for Saturday if it’s feeling ok.

As for the broken hand…. well it’s making strength training a challenge.  :-(
