So Thursday night we did 3 sets of weighted lunges, 15 reps each leg as part of our weight training. Follow that up with a Friday morning session of 40 minutes on the eliptical… geeeez what a mistake.
It’s almost one in the morning now, and we just finished getting caught up on some shows we had recorded. We spent about two and a half hours just vegging out on the couch. When we were all done, it took us another half hour to get from the couch upstairs to the kitchen downstairs.
And just think, we have more cardio in the morning.
