SwimRun Lake James (@swimrunlakejames). What an awesome race and tons of fun. Talked Jeremy (@thejdubsreport) into his first swimrun ever, just three days before the event. He crushed it. Start of #SwimRunGeorgia put on by @peakracingevents. Race was delayed until 10:30 due to storms blowing through. We kicked it off, but another squall rolled thru almost 5 miles in. Lighting caused the race to, unfortunately, get called/canceled. @joe_urbanowicz and I were in the lead and feeling good. Felt pretty confident in a damn fine outcome. After the cancelation, we ended up running another 5 miles, off-trail, through the woods, just for fun. What a fun time. Cant wait to race with Joe again. Sooo much fun. .
